June 24, 2026: Spheros to Showcase at the 2026 Australasia Bus & Coach Expo
Spheros to Showcase Advanced Thermal Management Solutions at the 2026 Australasia Bus & Coach Expo
Sydney, Australia - July 15-16, 2026 — Spheros, a leading specialist in thermal bus management systems is exhibiting a comprehensive product portfolio at this year’s Australasia Bus & Coach Expo 2026. At Stand 147, the company presents an expanded portfolio that is shaping the future of public transport in the region.
Central to the exhibition will be the company’s latest advancements in both electric and conventional climate control. For the rapidly growing zero-emissions sector, Spheros will highlight the second-generation REVO®-E Global series. Engineered in Germany, the REVO®-E Global provides a 20 per cent increase in efficiency and 10 per cent more cooling capacity compared to its predecessor, helping operators optimize the range and passenger comfort of their electric bus fleets.
For demanding operating environments, including the mining sector, Spheros will feature the REVO® Global, the CC355 and the high-performance CC490.
The high-performance REVO® Global system stands out through its service-friendly design, globally available spare parts, and seamless CAN bus integration for comprehensive fleet monitoring.
The CC355, a compact climate system for city buses and low-floor vehicles, delivers reliable cooling performance in daily line operations. With straightforward fault code readout directly from the unit’s control display, the CC355 minimises service downtime and keeps fleets moving.
Designed for coaches and long-distance vehicles, the CC490 features a cooling capacity of 49 kW. Specifically developed to maintain strong duct air pressure while significantly reducing in-cabin noise, it ensures reliability in the toughest conditions.
Service as a Competitive Advantage
Alongside its product showcase, Spheros Australia uses the Expo to reinforce its commitment to long-term operator support in the Australian and New Zealand markets.
“We don’t just provide the Best Bus Climate Systems – we provide the continuous support operators need to keep their AC systems in peak condition and their fleet moving.” said Paul Williams, Managing Director, Spheros Australia. The company is currently expanding its nationwide service technician network. This initiative aims to provide operators with continuous, expert on-the-ground support to ensure minimal downtime and peak fleet performance. A dedicated service department has been established in Sydney, building in-house capability rather than relying solely on third-party agents, and stocks parts across Australia to minimise downtime. “From parts availability to expert service: Across Australia and New Zealand, we ensure your buses stay on the road and ‘Cooled by Spheros’.” said Peter Mercer, Technical Sales, Spheros Australia.
